folfol began with a single, stubborn belief: that the soul of Syrian cooking — its warmth, its generosity, its centuries of spice and smoke — belongs not behind white tablecloths, but in the everyday hands of the city we love. So we took recipes passed down through generations, the slow-grilled meats and hand-rolled mezzes, and carried them straight into the homes and streets of Montreal. Every order is a small act of hospitality: made fresh, wrapped with care, and offered the way it would be at a family table back home.
